Dingle peninsula
Ireland's most famous and most visited peninsula, the Dingle Peninsula is the heart of Irish tourism, in County Kerry.
There are so many attractions on this stretch of beach that they deserve a book of their own. Most importantly, the beautiful city of Dingle, a city of about 2,000 inhabitants that grows to about two million in the summer months.

One of the highlights of the Dingle Peninsula is conquering the Conor Pass, the highest mountain pass in Ireland, through the peak of Mount Brandon at almost 1,000 meters. On a good day, the views are stunning, although on good days it is difficult to get to as fog is common over it.
Beara Peninsula
The Beara Peninsula is located in southwest Ireland, south of the Dingle Peninsula. Some of the lands are in County Kerry and most of it is in Cork County. Kenmare Bay forms the northern border and Bantry Bay has the southern border. In the center of the peninsula are two mountain ranges, Mount Kaha and Mount Slive Miskish. The terrain is quite uneven and dotted with the Gulf Stream, which allows foliage and fauna unknown throughout Ireland to thrive in the good air. It's a nice area to walk around, but rough and wild and only for experienced tourists.
The accommodation is good as are the many guest houses available. Omeath is a small village on the way to Newry with access to Carlingford Lough. The passenger ferry runs to Warrenpoint on the north side of the logo and there is speculation that a bridge may link the two in the future.
