Skill Assessment – Helpful in Service Selection Process

Candidates can also get the advantage in selection process if they are having the experience of working as a security officer or if they were belongs to the army in their past. After submitting the application form, candidates are forwarded to the next sift stage where they are generally sort out among other candidates. The sift stage occurs in the very last week when the application date is about to end.
